The official Language of the conference is English. Translation and interpreting services will not be available.
Anticipate daytime maximum temperatures of 7°C in the shade, coupled with an average of 2 hours of daily sunshine during December in Paris. Nighttime temperatures may dip to a minimum of 2°C.
We encourage participants to dress comfortably in casual business attire. Meeting room temperatures may vary, so wear layered clothing to ensure personal comfort.
Attendees are kindly requested to arrive at the conference room at least 30 minutes before their session commences. This allows for prompt notification of any changes to the conference program. While complimentary Wi-Fi will be provided in the conference room, access to electrical outlets will be restricted for safety purposes. To maintain a conducive environment for speakers and participants, mobile phones must be switched to silent mode upon entering the sessions. As professional photography will be undertaken during the event, attendees are requested to refrain from using flash when taking photos. The submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed, accepted and registered abstracts will be published into supporting journals only after presentation during the conference, which will be sent for major indexing, such as Google Scholar and SCOPUS, etc.
